Tsudoie Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Our Company”), pursuant to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), hereby set forth this Privacy Policy for collecting and processing your personal data and are committed to protecting, properly managing and handling your personal data.

Customers are kindly advised to read through this Privacy Policy before receiving services from us. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to those customers who do not consent to this Privacy Policy or who has withdrawn their consent once given.

1. Collecting and Processing of Personal Data

Our Company collect and process personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes set forth in the following Article, “Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Lawful Bases”. (Categories of Personal Data Collected) Name, address, telephone number, E-mail address, sex, date of birth, place (or country) of residence, passport number, workplace information (such as corporation name, division, position), IP address, Cookie information (including similar information technology, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Cookie”)), web site browsing history. We may from time to time collect and process special categories of personal data pursuant to the standards set forth in the GDRP, for the purposes of performing contracts and protecting legitimate interests of Our Company. We retain personal data for the duration necessary for fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring provision of services, and maintaining business activities.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Lawful Bases

Our Company handle your personal data under one or more lawful bases in order to achieve each of the following purposes of processing. We may handle your personal data for any purpose other than the purpose set forth in each of the following items as well, with your consent.

(i) Procedure for reserving a wedding venue, planning a party, and planning options necessary for wedding ceremony/party (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)

(iv) Japanese/western dress rental for wedding or other commemorative events (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)
(v) Planning and commissioned sale of travel under the Travel Agency Act (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)
(vi) Insurance agency business under the Insurance Business Act (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)
(vii) Sale of wedding merchandise (ring/table flowers/wedding favors, etc.) (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)
(viii) Provision of wedding-related seminars and consulting services organized by our Company (Lawful Base: Legitimate Interests)
(ix) Wedding or other video recording/editing business (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)
(x) Business related to advertising business or advertising agency business (Lawful Base: Legitimate Interests)
(xi) Business related to printing business or publishing business (Lawful Bases: Legitimate Interests)
(xii) Operation of hotels (including operation/management of accommodations, organizing events, operation of restaurant, provision of beverages) (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)
(xiii) Announcement/notification/questionnaire research on our company’s services by phone/mail/email and delivery of information via SNS as part of promotional activities (Lawful Base: Legitimate Interests)

(xv) Checking security camera’s video for responses to and safety of customers visiting the company and investigation/report in the event of an incident (Lawful Bases: Contract and Legitimate Interests)

(xvii) Employee labor management, communication/provision to our companies or assignee companies (Lawful Base: Legitimate Interests)
(xviii) Exercise of rights and performance of obligations under laws (Lawful Base: Legitimate Interests)
(xix) Business incidental or related to each of the above items

3. Transfers of Personal Data

Our Company share your personal data and other related information in order to accomplish each purpose set forth in the preceding article. We will implement and enforce the same level of safeguard as Japan even if some of our company are located outside EEA and the adequate level of data protection according to the standard of the GDPR may not necessarily be afforded.Furthermore, we may share your personal data also with service providers in order to accomplish each purpose set forth in the preceding article. Correspondingly, we will enter into a contracting agreement specifying appropriate safeguard and continuously supervise them in order to achieve proper and adequate data protection under the GDPR.

4. Secure Management of Personal Data

Our Company, among other things, will take necessary and proper security measures for data such as following, in order to prevent loss and leakage of and damages to personal data, and to achieve secure management:

・Implementing organizational system, developing internal regulations in compliance with our domestic law and the GDPR, developing security measures to oversee our handling of personal data, implementing organizational measures to respond to incidents of loss and leakage, and reviewing security measures;
・Entering into confidentiality agreement, providing education and seminars to employees concerning processing personal data;
・Managing divisions handling personal data, preventing theft of electronic devices and media, properly erasing personal data stored in electronic devices and media and physically discarding them; and
・Restricting access to information system, requiring identification and authentication, preventing unauthorized access and preventing loss and leakage of personal data due to the specification of information system.

10. Updates to This Privacy Policy

The content of this privacy policy may change without prior notice. Customers are kindly advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically since any change to this Privacy Policy will become immediately effective upon uploading.

株式会社ツドイエ（以下、「当社」という。)は、EU 一般データ保護規則（General Data Protection Regulation、以下「GDPR」といいます。）にもとづいて、GDPR に該当するお客様の個人データの取り扱い方針を定め、個人データの保護、適正管理・適正利用に取り組みます。お客様は当社の各種サービスを受けられる前に、以下の取り扱い方針を最後までお読みください。ご同意いただけない場合や、同意を撤回された場合、サービスの提供が出来かねる場合がありますので、ご了承ください。

1. お客様から取得する個人データ

当社は、次項の「個人データの利用目的および法的な根拠」に記載される目的のために必要となるお客様の個人データを取り扱います。

【収集する個人データ】

お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、性別、生年月日、居住国/地域、パスポート番号、勤務先の情報（会社名・所属部署・役職等）、IP アドレス、Cookie 情報（これに類似の技術を含む。以下「クッキー」という。）、Web サイトのアクセス履歴等。また、当社は、特別に配慮が必要なデータを、GDPR に規定された基準に従い、契約の履行や当社の正当な利益のために取り扱うことがあります。当社は法的義務を果たすため、サービスを確実に提供するため、当社の事業活動を維持するために必要な期間、個人データを保存します。

2. 個人データの利用目的と法的な根拠

当社は、次の各号の利用目的を達成するため、１つ以上の法的根拠に基づき、お客様の個人データを取扱います。また、次の各号に定める場合以外であっても、お客様の同意に基づき、お客様の個人データを取り扱うことができるものとします。

① 挙式場の予約手続き、パーティのプランニング、挙式・パーティに必要なオプション商品のプランニング（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
② 挙式・パーティで着用するウェディングドレス・タキシードの提供、写真アルバムの製造販売（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
③ ウェディングをはじめとする記念行事等で提供する写真撮影や美容サービス（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
④ ウェディングをはじめとする記念行事等で提供する和装・洋装のレンタル（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
⑤ 旅行業法に基づく旅行の企画、受託販売（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
⑥ 保険業法に基づく保険代理業（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
⑦ ウェディングに関連する物品（指輪・装花・記念品等）の販売（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
⑧ ウェディングに関連して当社が主催するセミナー等の提供・コンサルティング（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑨ 婚礼映像をはじめとする撮影編集事業（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
⑩ 広告業および広告代理業に関する事業（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑪ 印刷業および出版業に関する事業（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑫ ホテルの運営（宿泊の営業・管理、イベントの実施、レストランの運営、料飲の提供等）（法的根拠：契約の履行・正当な利益）
⑬ 当社のサービスに関する電話・郵送・メール等によるご案内・ご連絡およびアンケート調査および販促活動における SNS 配信。（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑭ 当社のサービスへご登録された情報の訂正・削除（法的根拠：契約の履行）
⑮ ご来社されたお客様への対応および安全対策のための防犯カメラによる映像確認・事故発生時の調査・報告（法的根拠：契約の履行・法的義務）
⑯ 当社の採用にかかわる面接や採用結果の通知等（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑰ 従業員の労務管理、グループ企業、出向先への連絡・提供（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑱ 法律に基づいた権利の行使や義務の履行（法的根拠：正当な利益）
⑲ 前各号に付帯関連する業務

3. 個人データの移転について

当社は、前項に挙げた利用目的を達成するため、当社とお客様の個人データおよびその他の関係情報を共有します。海外の当社が拠点を置く EEA 域外の国において、GDPR で定められる保護措置と同じレベルの国として、必ずしも認められていない場合においても、日本と同レベルの安全管理措置を適宜実施します。また、前項に挙げた利用目的の達成のため、委託先とお客様の個人データを共有する場合があります。これらにおいても GDPR に則り適正・適切な保護措置を実現するために、委託する業務内容に沿って、講ずべき安全管理を実施させる業務委託契約書を締結し、継続して監視します。

4. 個人データの安全管理

当社は、お客様の個人データの漏洩、滅失、または毀損の防止、個人データの安全管理のために、以下の例をはじめ、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

・組織体制の整備、自国の法律、GDPR に則った社内規程の整備、個人データの取り扱い状況を確認する手段の整備、漏洩事案に対応する体制の整備、安全管理措置の見直し等
・個人データの機密保持契約の締結、従業員への教育・研修の実施等
・個人デーを取り扱う区域の管理、機器及び電子媒体等の盗難防止、適正な個人データの削除および機器、電子媒体等の廃棄等
・情報システムへのアクセスの制御、情報システムへのアクセス者の識別と認証、および不正アクセスの防止、情報システムの仕様に伴う漏洩等の防止等

5. クッキーについて

Cookie（クッキー）とは、ウェブページを利用したときに、ブラウザとサーバーとの間で送受信した利用履歴や入力内容などを、お客様のコンピュータにファイルとして保存しておく仕組みです。次回、同じページにアクセスすると、Cookie（クッキー）の情報を使って、ページの運営者はお客様ごとに表示を変えたりすることができます。

クッキーの設定について

お客様は、ブラウザの設定により、Cookie（クッキー）利用を制限したり許可することができます。「すべてのクッキーを許可する」、「すべてのクッキーを拒否する」、「クッキーを受信したらユーザーに通知する」などから選択できます。設定方法は、ブラウザにより異なります。Cookie（クッキー）に関する設定方法は、お使いのブラウザの「ヘルプ」メニューでご確認ください。すべての Cookie（クッキー）を拒否する設定を選択されますと、認証が必要なサービスを受けられなくなる等、インターネット上の各種サービスの利用上、制約を受ける場合がありますのでご注意ください。

当社がクッキーを使用して行っていること

以下の目的のため、当社は Cookie（クッキー）を利用しています。

・お客様が認証サービスにログインされるとき、保存されているお客様の登録情報を参照して、お客様ごとにカスマイズされたサービスを提供できるようにするため
・お客様が興味を持っている内容や、当社のサイト上での利用状況をもとに、最も適切な広告を他社サイト上で表示するため
・当社のサイトの利用者数やトラフィックを調査するため
・当社のサービスを改善するため
・セキュリティー保持のため、ご利用から一定の時間が経過したお客様に対してパスワードの再入力（再認証）を促すため

なお、当社は、当社の広告の配信を委託する第三者への委託に基づき、第三者を経由して、当社の Cookie（クッキー）を保存し、参照する場合があります。

6. お客様の権利

お客様は当社に対し、ご本人の個人データに関して次の権利があります。また書面によって行使を行っていただけます。

・アクセスを求める権利（目的・種類・提供先・保存期間・取得元等の開示）
・訂正、消去を要求する権利
・取扱いの制限を要求する権利
・デーポービリティを要求する権利

7. 同意の撤回

お客様は、同意を行った後、いつでも当該同意を撤回できます。

8. 監督機関への不服申し立てについて

お客様は当社によるお客様自身の個人データの取り扱いに関してお客様の居住地を管轄する各国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てることができます。
